At Café Sevilla we don't just invite you to walk around our farm: we invite you to experience up close the legacy of a coffee-growing family that has been cultivating Colombian coffee for more than 80 years. From Finca Guayacanes, in the village of Sevilla, Ebéjico, Antioquia, we open our doors so you can see the whole coffee process in a real setting.
Discoverwhere your coffee comes from!
Together with Luis Guillermo and Juan Guillermo Velásquez, you will discover every stage of this handcrafted process, from planting to the cup, in a setting that combines peace, nature and the aroma of freshly roasted coffee.
Immerse yourself in the world of coffee on a tour of about 4 to 5 hours, designed so you can enjoy a complete, unhurried experience surrounded by the natural landscapes of Sevilla, 1,650 meters above sea level.
Café Sevilla offers you more than a tour: it is a journey into the soul of coffee, where every step brings you closer to the essence of this drink and to the heart of a family that gives its all in every harvest.

Regional lunch
After exploring the whole coffee process, relax and enjoy a delicious traditional Antioquian lunch made with fresh local ingredients. Discover and share the local culture.
Birdwatching
Ebéjico is home to a great diversity of birds that visit us every day, filling the farm with song and color. We will tell you which ones live at Finca Guayacanes and how to recognize them.
What awaits you?
From the top of the mountain, Finca Guayacanes offers stunning views of the Cauca Canyon and the green landscapes of Sevilla. A unique natural setting at 1,650 m above sea level that wins over every visitor.
Guided by Juan Guillermo, an expert on the birds of western Antioquia, one of the regions with the greatest diversity of birds and hummingbirds in Colombia, thanks to the farm's altitude and mild climate.
Enjoy the flavors of the region: patacones (fried green plantain) with hogao and guacamole, sweet plantain with cheese, guandolo (panela drink) and more traditional dishes made with fresh ingredients from the countryside.
Colombia has the greatest variety of fruit in the world. At the farm you can try white pineapple, passion fruit, red guava, mandarin lime, sugar apple, sapote and more, grown at 1,650 m above sea level in an ideal climate.

We went with the family on a Saturday and had an amazing time. The kids learned where coffee comes from and the adults enjoyed the scenery and the peace of the farm. Juan Guillermo is a great guide and explains everything with real passion. The specialty coffee you taste at the end is on another level.

If you're looking for something different to do in Antioquia, this is it. The Ebéjico landscape is spectacular and Finca Guayacanes has a very special energy. The birdwatching was my favorite part. You can tell this family lives and breathes coffee. I'll definitely come back with more friends.
