2. Acceptance of the terms
By using this site or making a purchase, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Products and prices
Prices shown in the shop are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price you are charged is the one published at the time you placed your order.
Product photos and descriptions are for guidance only. Although we do our best to show them accurately, the actual color may vary slightly depending on your screen.
4. Purchase process
Orders are placed through the site's cart. At checkout, WhatsApp opens with a summary of your order. The order is only confirmed when a member of the Café Sevilla team confirms it through that same channel.
5. Payment methods
For now, payments are agreed directly with the Café Sevilla team on WhatsApp. Online payments will be available soon. We do not store card details or financial information.
6. Shipping
We ship throughout Colombia. Shipping is free for orders from COP $200,000. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is provided on WhatsApp depending on the destination city.
Delivery times depend on the courier and the city. We will tell you the estimated time when we confirm your order.
7. Returns and exchanges
If you receive a damaged product or one that is different from what you ordered, write to us at +57 315 545 8744 or cafesevilla@gmail.com within three (3) days of receiving the package. We will review each case and find the best solution.
As this is a food product, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted once the package has been opened.
8. Farm tour and coffee station
Bookings for the coffee farm tour at Finca Guayacanes and for the coffee station at events are arranged directly on WhatsApp. Specific cancellation and rescheduling conditions are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
9. Intellectual property
The photos, texts, logo and design of this site belong to Café Sevilla or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without written authorization.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, in particular Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute). Any dispute will be settled before the competent courts of Colombia.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. If we make important changes, we will announce them on the site. Continued use of the site after the changes means you accept them.
