2. Data we collect

When you place an order, request a quote for a coffee station or book a tour, we ask for information such as your name or company name, ID or tax number (NIT), mobile number, email, city, delivery address and any information you choose to add in the notes. Your email, name or company name and ID or tax number are required so we can issue and send you the invoice for your purchase.

3. What we use it for

• To handle, confirm, prepare and deliver your orders.
• To email you your order confirmation and the invoice for your purchase.
• To respond to quotes and bookings.
• To contact you about the status of your order.
• To send you news from Café Sevilla, only if you give us your express authorization.

4. Your rights

As the owner of your data, under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, you can:

• Know, update and correct your personal data.
• Request proof of the authorization you gave us.
• Find out how we have used your data.
• File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
• Revoke your authorization or ask us to delete your data, when there is no legal or contractual duty to keep it.
• Access your personal data free of charge.

5. How to exercise your rights

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with those who need it to deliver your order (for example, the courier). Orders are sent via WhatsApp, a Meta service, and confirmation emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Both have their own privacy policies.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.

8. Validity

This policy is effective from its publication. We will keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purposes described. If we change it, we will publish the new version on this page.
